Hi,
I've got a Pappashop website for which I have a bunch of international customers. No one has reported any problems except for two customers in Australia that say they can't get into the site no matter what they do. Pappashop says there is nothing wrong on their end. Both of the people with problems are in different states and are very good customers so I really don't want to lose them. They can type my website into the internet or do a google search over and over and my site keeps coming up as unavailable (one of the customers has got in twice) but they have been complaining for awhile - it's been happening since November. Anyone have any ideas on what it might be or what I can do?
Thanks so much!

Maybe have them use a different browser.

I tried with two different browsers and it worked fine.

They probably don't know how to refresh maybe? Or as suggested to use a different browser.

We've tried a couple of different browsers with no luck...it's not that they can't refresh, they can't get into the site at all anymore....One of them is taking her computer to the shop next week to have it looked at in hopes of figuring something out (you really do have to be grateful for determined to shop customers :) )

I'm in Australia in a remote area with a very slow dial up connection. Your link from LE works fine as does typing your name into my browser( firefox) It is probable the way they have 'options' set up on their browser.

Thanks so much for checking that for me! I should have thought to ask. It makes me feel a bit better to know it's not the site, too :)
Where is Kangaroo Island? I've spent some time in NSW and Tassie, but don't think I made it there. Absolutely adored the places we spent time in, and the boutique wineries were just lovely.

Thank you so much :-o I love making fish! Trying to get hubby in gear to take photos so I can put more of them up. Sadly neither of us has really gotten the hang of photographing glass yet.

Just after Christmas was a series of earthquakes in the south china sea area which damaged a number of the ocean cables. This has had quite an impact in this region as many of the default routings have had to be temporarily redirected.

US traffic (in my experience) seems to be a bit hit and miss at present.

Also ask them to check with their ISP what DNS servers should be configured (mine had changed the settings a while ago and It gave me grief until I twigged to the issue)
