Teardrop Press

I am a newbie and I purchased this glass pendant at a craft show. I really like this pendant and would like to try and make it. Can someone tell me if this is lampworked and, if so, is there a press to create this teardrop bead with a HH?

Yes it is lampworked. It's basically an off-mandrel ball that has been flattened, stretched and then curved.
