View Full Interactive Version Of This Page : PappaShop ?
Hello, I am going to jump in and do a web site. I have decided to go with PappaShop. My question is do most of you use the starter pack or the medium pack. Is the starter pack enough space for most of you? I am also thinking of getting a template from one of the design partners. I cannot afford to get a custom one done. Any thoughts or comments? Thanks Rita

Pappashop is great. I have the starter package, and so far it's been fine. No problems at all. Susan of Splash of Magic (www.splashofmagic.com) did my web design. She is great! She's a member here as well. Good luck!

Those are great - I really like them ... I've been toying with this idea for a while since I never seem to get my own done and hopefully having all set up for me I'd feel more inclined to add the content.
I've had a blast getting mine all set up after Susan did all the hard stuff. It's so easy. It keeps me motivated to make beads too!

I presume Susan is not one of the designers with Pappashop? Does that cause any problems at all - I'm trying to visualise the interface, or is she?
Ok ... she is ... sorry to answer my own question. I like her colorful designs a lot.
Sadie
Yes, she is one of the designers listed on the Pappashop website. She is Splash of Magic. They take care of everything for you.

I brought my own design to Pappashop. They are, IMO, the best out there. Great support, reasonable prices. Look at all of the designers, find a design you like and go for it. If you fill it up and need to upgrade, they'll let you know.
They get 10 big stars in my book.
Still doing the happy dance,

I just signed up with Pappashop, and thought it might be easy enough to design my own. Maybe it is for those more computer literate than me, but I think I'd rather spend my free time which is almost nil after working full time, cleaning house, shopping, etc, etc...and make beads, then I would learning how to design a website. After grappling tonight for a short time trying to figure this all out, I think I just my shell out the extra $ and have them do it for me. They know what to do; I don't.
Edited to add... another day of working with this and spending time reading the tutorials (duh, should have done that from the beginning...) and it's not as hard as I thought. Maybe I'll actually be able to finish it myself. We'll see how far I get by the end of this weekend. So far I'm happy with Pappashop!
