how to program a paragon blue bird kiln?

My friend is a new lampworker and she doesn't know how to program her new paragon blue bird...
I was wondering if any of you could help???

You know, I'd love to help, but I programmed mine the day I got it and haven't touched it since except to run the program. I found the schedule on this site or wetcanvas, can't remember which and just followed what was in the instruction booklet. If no one else posts I'll see if I can find the book and at least put up the schedule for her.:sad:
