Open House Suggestions

Hello and thanks in advance for your help.

I've been making lampwork beads for several months. The jewelry I've made with them (primarily for myself) has received compliments and even generated a few surprise sales.

My mom asked me to have an open house where she can invite her friends to come, see my pieces, and of course, buy! The date has been set for early November. I'm working frantically to build an inventory despite not having a good idea of how many people will actually attend. (We invited about 35 people but are not asking for an RSVP as I don't want anyone to feel pressured to come.)

My house is sort of comtempory (uncluttered, minimalistic)...I envision setting up several tables with clothes draped artisitically over them and jewelry on top. Soft music playing, candles here and there.

Our food theme is champagne and chocolate. Sort of a ladies night out, holiday shopping kind of thing.

I would so greatly appreciate any suggestions. I'm not a Pampered Chef, Longenberger Basket party goer so my experience is limited with this!
