FINALLY FUNCTIONING ON THE WEB!
Just in time to find Galleries to sell my work instead! lol!
We'll see....
My site may become a Gallery...

How is my website treating you?
Is it too busy?
Can you see where the links are?
Whassup?
Do I use this too much? "!"
Is my terrible spelling "that" bad?
( I will get spell check soon)
Do I say offensive things? I have a hard time communicating in writing.
(I am just now getting into writing as an art form; with the blahg...
we'll see...
I am really enjoying it. Somebody should at least read about
all the art I think about....it is kinda all I do aside from the real life stuff.)
Opinion, opinion.
Whatever it is. Please be straight forward and spontaneous!
What do you think when you go there?
Constructive thoughts PLEASE!
Thank you.
Sheila

Only advice is maybe bigger navigation. I missed them the first time I looked. ;)

Love your beads btw.

So glad to see you have your keywords and site description in your meta tags too ;)

Just some very, very quick thoughts about what struck me most:

~ yes, too many exclamation marks ;)
~ I'd put those links (for your products) at the top because viewers need to do a lot of scrolling and reading to find them...they may not get that far if they are not "patient sorts"; maybe switch them with the images that you have at the top of the page?
~ have you thought about using "tables" to group ideas/thoughts/images together so that all of the text and/or images aren't centered in a long "list" format down the page (to eliminate some scrolling)?

Janice, that's good feedback.

Sheila, I had the same wish while perusing the site, to see it broken up a little more into bite-sized pieces:
more pages and navigation at both top and bottom of every page.
one picture per piece with a "more" link to additional pix and information.
tables to organize 3-4 items across.

I'm with Shelia and Mia as well...

I'll add it looks like you waste valuable screen real estate by stringing things along down the middle of the page.

Make the menu more obvious...

If you want to have a "timeline" or "diary" or "blog" that great, just put it in it's own home.

I'd also lose the serifed font... doesn't mix well to my eye.

You have some great material there... just put it where it looks good, and allow the viewer to drive their own experience during their visit to your site.

Shelia, I'm a big fan of the left hand menu. I use a table to do that on my site.
