I'm looking for a good source for bali beads. I've gotten them in the past from fire mountain gems, which was ok. I like them but I am looking for a wider selection . I would really like to see some unique designs and hopefully I can get them a little cheaper than @ FMG. Let me know who your favorites are. Thanks!

I get mine from FMG and Rio Grande but I haven't had the chance to really look around. Silver prices change so much that its hard for me to really know who is cheaper. I'm still a little new at this. I would like to know of some other suppliers also.

Jewlie,
I'm new at this too! I googled Bali bead suppliers and came up with pages and pages of options. I thought maybe it would be better if we got some experienced references. I've seen alot of threads about bad suppliers and didn't want to fall prey. I just love that this forum is available and frequented with talented people who are willing to share their knowlege.

I get most of my bali at big bead shows. I usually buy a huge amount but it lasts a long time. About 3 years ago, I spent over $1500.00. I almost peed my pants when I realized how much Id spent but Im still using it. At their prices now, I figure I got a deal. LOL

Hello,
Here is the company I use,http://www.balikusilverbeads.com/ , their only stipulation is $100.00 minimum order, and shipping for just one person can be a little pricey depending on the amount of grams you order, but split between a few it's ok. I have been contemplating hosting a Bali Bulk Buy, but I was not sure how many people would be interested.

Fiona- Thanks for the tip, I'll check out her site.
Deb- LOL, That was smart, you did get a good deal. I wonder if there are any big bead shows in the CT/NY area, I'd love to check one out.
Kittyluv4ever- Thanks for the website, I'll check it out. I would totally participate in a bulk buy. Judging from the amount of people on this forum that use bali beads and the potential savings I 'm sure you wouldn't have a problem finding participants.
Thanks again everyone!

yeah! I'm in. And don't worry about me I've never participated in a bulk buy so I don't have any expectations about how it should or shouldn't be. I am very patient.
Thanks!!

I'm really partial to Zeelver. They seem to have the best prices, direct from Indonesia. The shipping is $15 by 2 day Fedex, but I always order at least $200 , so it's not so bad. www.zeelver.com
I use Zeelver too, never had a problem, they are really quick to respond to emails and it gets from Indonesia to UK in less than a week usually. Their prices & quality are good.
Last time a ordered a bunch of jewellery as well for a friend, it far exceeded my expectations.

Thanks Paula! FYI: Gemshow online is having a sale on bali beads. yes, I placed an order. They had a great selection, and did I mention they were having a sale? And, They offer free shipping on orders over $25.00. That's awesome.
Donna- Don't worry I'll still participate in the bulk buy I'm putting my list together! That website has some great stuff too!

Does anyone else buy off ebay? I like to use Paypal, and so far the prices have been the best I've found.
