I just have to share this story. I was placing orders for supplies from several different vendors at 3am last Friday. Saturday morning I realized I wanted to add to one of the orders, so I called Jon at lbsupplies and exxplained that I needed to add to my order. He spent some time trying to find my order before we realized that my order included something he didn't even sell. He spent so much time talking to me about glass with so much enthusiasm that I immediately went to his website and placed an order. I received that order on Monday! Talk about your fast shipping!
