Anyone have a flounder tutorial??

Can anyone help??
I saw the most beautiful flounder bead at a show in St Augustine recently and tried to re create one..flop flop flop..I should have bought that bead!!!
Anyone interested in giving a tutorial?? I would greatly appreciate it!!

Lori gifted me one of her flounders and it is the cutest! When I get back home, I'll scan and post a pic of it. She gives classes in underwater type things and I would highly recommend her as an instructor. You can check her teaching calendar at www.lorirobbins.com .
