adding a bail to fused glass?

can someone tell me how you add a bail to a fused pendant?
im going to be try fusing frit in a mould but i dont know how to add a bail :oops:

I don't fuse but my local glass store has asked me to make some like this for them... I think it's probably an additional fusing step.

Yup. It's an additional fusing. Set the cabachon against the bail (under or over - works either way) and fire to a fast ramp tack fuse. For example, for Spectrum

1. 600 dph to 1000 hold 10
2. 1000 dph to 1300 hold 3
3. AFAP to 960 hold 30
4. 600 dph to 100 OFF

For Bullseye
1. 600 dph to 1025 hold 10
2. 1000 dph to 1325 hold 3
3. AFAP to 960 hold 30
4. 600 dph to 100 OFF

I know some attach them with a torch, but I've not yet seen it done with satisfactory results.
