spam in website guest book

Hey Everybody! I keep getting spam, usually mixed up medical/drug interaction info that is impossible to read. How can I get rid of this. I receive a least 5 a day. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks.

I have to approve my guest book entries. So I just delete those and they never make it onto my site. Check to see if you have a function like that for your web site.

Where did you get your guest book? I have so many disgusting entries and since I switched to a Mac, I can't edit it unless I delete everything. I think my GB came with FrontPage.
