View Full Interactive Version Of This Page : button loop
I found a great tutorial on another site for a bracelet with a button loop closure (the fiber kind). Unfortunately, they didn't give the instructions for the loop. I've looked through all my bead mags and can't find anything. Does anyone know where I can find a tutorial for this or share how it's done?

On one side of the bracelet attach the button. use a few seedbeads to do this to protect the thread and make it look more uniform. Go throug this a few times with thread to make sure it is secure.
then on the other side make a loop with seed beads on the other side making sure that the loop can fit over the button but not loose enough to come off easily. I usually make mine tight so that the thread has to streach a little and it does if you use nymo.
make sure of the fit before going back through with the thread because it is a b*tch if you get it too small and have to take it apart. You can use this to make bead and loop closures too.
Thanks Shadowsong. I was referring more to the wrapped kind of loop. I think it's made by wrapping strands of fibers with probably waxed cotton or linen. I just don't know exactly how it's wrapped. They show a pic in the tutorial, but no written instructions.
Thanks for the info about the beaded loop though. I'll give that one a try also!
