Ok.. So I have a customer that wants me to make her a set with black and tan colors. She does not want it to be transparent colors at all.
Does anyone know of a good tan opaque color that would look great with black. I thought of dark ivory, but when you pull it to stringers then it comes out light ivory anyway... and I am also making her a black and white set. It's just too close in color.
It doesnt matter what COE since I use all of them. I just need a soft glass that is tan. Thanks for your help.

Bullseye has some nice new coffee with cream colours. (those are NOT the official names... i'm bad with names...as some people here can attest to)

Effetre Sage would look great. I've seen sets with black and sage and they're gorgeous. Also, CIM has Ginger and Butterpecan?? Those would both work great as tan, too.
I will second the Sage. I use Sage and Black together all the time! Also, CIM has a new color called khaki but it's a bit lighter and more gray than Sage.

THe Ask colours are lovely. Silver Rattan is creamy tan, Silver Cinnamon is redder and darker.

Carmel apple and silver cinnamon (both ASK) look great on black. Encasing white or ivory with amber or root beer transparent (and then pull into stringer) would also look like a tan color. Good luck with you custom order.

I 3rd the sage...I use it all the time with black. I recently purchased the CIM khaki and so far not very impressed but may have to play more.
Attached is a picture of a black & khaki pendant I just finished and it is made with the sage.

Thanks everyone! I am going to go ahead and go with the sage. It looks really good and I think my customer will be happy with that.
