I did for the first time last week. I'm glad I did because I wanted about 7 items and could not find a supplier that had more than 3 out of 7 until I tried The Mandrel.
Also Donna called me (saving me the cost of the phone call) after I e-mailed her on a Friday around 5pm their time and she sent out the order that day!
I wouldn't bother using the web-site to check availability since not everything she has is on there by any means.
Donna is fun to talk with too! She's down to earth, knows her stuff, and may even send you a little something extra!
