In order to install a digital controller for my Jen Ken kiln, what do I need to do? Where can I buy one, and what kind to buy?
I have the small hexagon shaped kiln, top load, anybody know?
Thanks in advance :-D

Have you tried Arrowsprings or Frantz? Hope that helps:)

I think Marty is having a special on them still, but I'm not sure. If you give him a call you can find out. Unless it's on this page, I didn't look, just repeating what I read. :)

BillBrach sells the Jen-Ken controllers for $269. You just plug your kiln into it and plug it into the wall.

I've got them as well, as after-market install.
They are all pre-programmed, all you do is plug the controller into the wall, plug the kiln into the controller, put the thermocouple into the kiln, set the infinite control on the kiln to full, and turn on the controller.

Hey Mike, so the on the basic controller, it only has one program, right? That is where I am getting confused, if I am using Bullseye, I have to anneal right away and not batch anneal, but I batch anneal my Moretti. So would I need two programs?

Well, if you don't mind re-programming one or two steps, then a single program controller would work.
If you do a lot of different things, then a multiple program controller is a necessity. For example, at my studio, we batch anneal for a couple of local beadmakers, we anneal soft glass (end of session) for our classes, then Aaron and I work with two different boro annealing programs (depending on if we use striking colors or not).
