Will Trade for Help w/ a Graphic + General ?s

I don't have a PapaShop website, but what I have is fairly easy. My issues are with a logo graphic that needs to be higher DPI, and my splash/enter/front pages.

Have you asked the person who designed your graphics? They probably have the original art and can do it very quickly for you.

I have gone back to the gal that made my graphics. I feel like she is dragging her feet. This has been the case when I have needed something in the past, and I just wish I could get something done faster. I need the graphic adjustment for a banner, and need the banner for this weekend. Now after 2 weeks of trying to get this resolved, I don't see have a banner by Friday. So I am trying to bypass the easy way, just to get it done.
