I don't have personal experience of them, but my lampwork teacher in Melbourne, recommended them as one of the sites worthwhile checking out and indicated they were good by reputation.

I bought my Hothead beginners kit from www.chockadoo.com (based in Sydney). I have used them twice now and been happy with their service.

I guess it all depends on where in the world you are located.
