Hi,

I have recently been watching this artist's work and love how she is using the wire (?). I hope it is OK that I am posting this:

I would like to get into electroforming later this year. It got me thinking about what other materials could be used in the design of the bead. I am assuming the metal on these beads is stainless steel/mandrel material? What other materials can be used while lampworking that obviously won't burn up?

swarovski crystals, etc....

I have used stainless, copper, whatecer metal scraps I could find. I tried using little mirrors. That doesn't work. Bummer. I always try new stuff.
Beware of flying glass.
