GTT Cheetah

I have been coveting this torch for a while. Will I be able to run it on 2 5L oxycons? If not, I will have to settle for the Lynx as I cant do tanked.

The Cheetah will run at about 50% capacity on two DeVilbiss 5 LPM machines. You will get a wide, hot flame, just not as forceful or hot as the torch can achieve on tanked oxygen. What type of work do you plan to do?

soft glass or boro? if you want to do boro you will not be happy with the 2 concentrators and a cheetah.....

I have a cheetah and I LOVE IT but definately for boro you really NEED tanked with it....or one of the higher output O2 concentrators.....thats my personal experience....the lynx runs really lovely on 2 o2 concentrators though that are 5lpm

ok it sounds like a lnyx is in my future then. I just cant do tanked and i could never afford a bigger concentrator. there are no distributors for them in canada and they are just sooo expensive... maybe for a future upgrade. i should be able to do a 1.5" marble on a lynx? (boro)

I can easily (very easily) do a 2" marble on a cheetah so 1.5" shouldnt be a problem on a lynx. I think the lynx is the best choice for you with beads and pendants anyhow. I never have my cheetah running on full blast with things like that.
