3/32 mandrel hole size...

I am thinking of stringing some of my focals...I use 3/32 mandrels and was wondering what size leather cord to use...Do you think the 2mm size would work well?...These are for a camp project...

ok....

2mm is 0.0787 decimal in.
3/32 is 0.0937 decimal in.

2mm cord should go through 3/32 mandrel hole and fill it sufficiently to look ok, but not to big to be difficult threading through...
