huricane problems

so i got my huricane today. plugged it in and was working fine on my phantom.

i then plugged in two inner fires and worked fine. for about an hour.

then it started making a wierd smell and the flame started flucuating, the candels changed about 1/4", kind of plulsed slowly.

anyone else using one notice this...is it breaking in or is there a problem?
it was after business hours so i couldnt get a hold of anyone at unlimited oxygen. i should get a call back tomorrow.

Do you have it set a little under max?

there arnt any settings on a huricane....im sending it back to the manufacturer....the smell was electrical burning so im sure something isnt wired correctly.


they are paying for shipping and will prob send me a new one.

you would think that quality control testing would have caught this

I spoke with Ryan on the phone today. I called him to let him know that I recieved the Hurricane. I removed it from the box and plugged it in. I turned it on and ran it all day with no problem. I did not smell what he did ,but I told him that I would replace the Hurricane for his peace of mind. I am sending him a new one as soon as it is built. jack
