HI All,
I need help!

I have an AirSep Concentrator (2 of them actually)—
One works great,
The other…..does not...

One was much louder than the other and made a very, very loud WHOOSHING sound,
like air was escaping somewhere...it also did not beep when I turned it on...

My hubby helped hook it up,
so I am sure it has been done properly.

Well,
the short story is that the LOUD one does not produce a steady air flow.
I tried to light my minor several times and each time I opened the oxygen,
very slowly, it would stabilize the flame for about 3 seconds and then suck the flame into the torch and then push it 2 inches away...eventually it blew the flame out entirely.

Is there anything I need to do in order to get it in working order?
Maybe something came loose in shipping?

Please let me know if you have any suggestions!

Love,Teresa Marie

About all you can do is remove covers (unplug first) and check to see of all hoses and connections are tight ... Its possible that a hose is loose or some internal plumbing fitting is loose or broken or some wiring has come a solenoid.

If you cant identify a obvious problem, it may have to go in for repair..

If you have a bad seive bed, I have a place you can send it into and get a new one for like 52 bucks. I thought that was about the worst thing that could happen and be repaired. But I could be very wrong.

Good luck!

make sure the sieve beds are replaced in pairs though.
