Does anybody know how she got the mushroom in there? Is it some type of implosion? This is the type mushroom bead I would like a tutorial on. Any ideas???

Just shove a stringer up in a molten blob and thats what happens.

Well first there are a few ways to achieve the bicolor mushroom. The first is to take a stringer and weld a small section of another color to the tip. The second way is to make a cane by fully coating a colored rod in a contrasting color and then pulling it down into cane. This can be taken a step further by coating the rod with contrasting stripes to achieve a striped stem for the mushroom.
To make a pendant like this first gather a large glob of clear and flatten the bottom. Your gather should now have a hershey kiss shape with the gathering rod attached at the top of the kiss. Next heat the flat to get it nice and soft, letting the heat soak into the core. Then take your prepared stringer and plunge it into the center to form your main mushroom. Next use a smaller stringer to plunge the surrounding mushrooms, takink care to maintain a safe distance from the first one so as not to distort it. Once you are done adding shrooms, heat the gather back into a ball or tear drop shape and proceed from there.

Thanks for the information! I know that you can push a stringer into the glass and get a mushroom. These seem to have a different look though. The mushroom cap itself is so realistic looking and more rounded.
I will try your method Luke and see what I come up with!
