Psyclone Oxygen Concentrator

I just bought a slightly used Psyclone and am having problems. Basically, I have the psyclone set to about 10 pounds and it is connected to my Nortel Major. When I try to use only the minor on my torch after about a minute or two it starts to make a loud clunking noise. If I turn on the oxygen full on the major, the thumping stops.

I don't have a manual to help troubleshoot this problem. Can someone here help me out?
