You all remember the TXU transformer and the eletronics in the house frying including my less than a year old Bluebird kiln?

PARAGON FIXED IT! To the tune of $29.

They also had another XL Bluebird with fire brick in scratch and dent that someone had accidently ordered the wrong kiln and returned it. So now we have 2 rocking Paragon Bluebird kilns!

Funny you should say that. I've torched 2 of the 5 days I've had it back and 3 of those days I've had a sick child (flu) and one of those days was my birthday. :lol: :love: Angelique

My mom is still using a Paragon ceramic kiln she purchased in 1978. It's never been in need of service, which I think is absolutely amazing. When I purchased my kiln, I never thought twice about the brand I wanted.
