I've read a lot of threads on supplying O2 to a Cheetah and I still don't know what I should do. Tanks are out of the question. As much as I'd love to use 'real' O2 it is just not an option. Does any have experience with the Tornado, Hurricane, or Psyclone? What about an M15? I believe I will not be happy with that. I don't know if there is am M20 or not. What machines are you Cheetah owners using and how do you like them?

I have looked at the Unlimited Oxygen machines and it looks like you would need at least a Tornado to run a Cheetah. Kimberly has said that the Cheetah uses 22 SCHF or about 10.4 LPM. I think that a Hurricane may be a better option just in case the figures that UO post are optimistic.

I returned my Hurricane and got two M-15s for my Barracuda. The Hurricane is loud and the M-15s are very quiet. A lot of people don't mind the loudness of the Hurricane since it's as loud as their ventilation fan. I live in the city and want to be considerate of neighbors.

I looked up the specs of the Barracuda and based on what Paul posted - two M-15s should power your Cheetah nicely since it works with the Barracuda which is a slightly bigger torch.

As I understand it, the M-15 is the same machine as the discontinued M-20.

I'm running 2 5LPM oxycons right now and was kinda hoping to only need one unit. But, if I get one M15 now and run my Lynx with it, sell my two 5 LPMs and then have money to get a second. From what I've been reading people seem pretty satisfied with 2 M15s.

Hayley are you happy with your M15s?

I just went from a GTT lynx to a GTT cheetah.
Only have had the Cheetah set up for 1 day now, but it seems to work great on my Regalia from Kimberly at pyronamix.com. That setup let me melt the thick clear 104 rods like Buttah!!!!

Sorry Nancy - I missed your earlier post before leaving for vacation.

I haven't gotten my second M15 yet (long story) so I can only tell you that I love my one M15 with the inner fire of my Barracuda - the Piranha. Brent/Mr. Smiley runs his with 2 M20s (the machine the M15 replaced) and is very happy.

Heres a link to G-tec NG boosters
http://www.gas-tec.com/products.html
the 15/30 is the one I have and is a little underpowered for the GTT phantom but still runs this torch at about 95% And the cost is around $950.00

I thought Dennis was talking Oxy boosters, not natural gas boosters.
