a "soft" shade of yellow and green?

I accepted a custom order in which the customer requested "soft" yellow and green. (For a letter opener which will be placed in her bedroom.) The only yellow I have is a primary color shade - bright! I tried this will a lime green and boy was it unattractive!

Before I buy anything on-line, I'd love your input.

Opal Yellow for soft yellow. Hmmm, soft green? Maybe Lauscha Olive?

Lauscha olive green can turn dark.

trans ememrald green if you want to go transparent. Maybe copper green?

I agree, opal yellow for the soft yellow.

Definately Opal yellow for the soft yellow. How about transparent pale emerald green, transparent sage green or there is a soft translucent green in the opalino or alabastro colors (can't remember the name but looks like milk glass)

nile green opalino would be lovely. It alters when annealed into a solid light green. If used with opal yellow, it may be perfect. But opal yellow needs to be pampered -struck a few times in a propane heavy flame to really bring out the yellow and not just look ivory. Copper green would be my 2nd choice.

I would love a true soft yellow, but all the Moretti yellow are so bright. I believe Lauscha has a banana yellow that I have seen at JoDel's site. For a very pale green, Uranium Yellow is pretty. Case that with trans lt. emerald green for a very pretty green. (see my just beads auctions for an example).

I love pastel uranium yellow, it is very soft, almost ivory. You can do great things with it and EDP and turquoise. I like Nile green better than pea green, and perhaps you can mix it with white or opal yellow?
