Does anyone have any thoughts about the various makers' rubino? Does CIM's cranberry react the same as Moretti's rubino oro to silver and other colors of glass? How about Vetrofond's rubino? Is one better than the others? Does anyone have any words of wisdom on the subject?

I won't be much help on the CIM as I don't have any but I do have some Moretti and some Vetro and I like the Vetro much better as it is quite a bit darker. I got my Vetro from Bill and Donelle at www.morettiandmore.com. It was the rocky rubino and it is listed at $6.50 for a 1/4 pound and the rocks are very minimal with most rods not having any rocks that I can see so I found it to be a very good deal.

I love the rocky rubino !
I also get it from Morettiandmore. It is so great to work with . Just stay with an Oxy flame. It is break your heart port red alone - turns fucia over white or pink and you should see it with silver foil or EDP or both
Big thumbs up here.
