I called and placed an order Thursday afternoon (3:30 E time) with Malcolm, who was a pleasure to deal with,....WOWSA I got my stuff in the mail today (Saturday)!! That's the fastest shipping I have ever gotten from CA to NC!

Thank you Malcolm...I'm sure I'll be bugging you again for something. BTW the Tonbodama DVD was great!

I just thought I would chime in!!! I recently purchased a torch from Malcom. He tolerated an obscene amount of phonecalls from me, and each time was so helpful. I never felt like he was upselling me at all! For that reason I will be purchasing another torch (maybe two) from him again shortly! He is what customer service is all about! (And he gave a great demo at Jim Kervin's house!)
