This is the one recipe that I didn't post when I stopped selling frit---someone else had asked me to make a blend that resembled canyon walls, and sent a picture taken near Ghost Ranch as an example----so I didn't feel this was totally mine. However, there were a lot of folks who liked this blend and asked for it back--plus it has been several years since I've even heard from her, so I've decided to put the recipe out for everyone.

2 pt R108
2 pt R168
2 pt G116
1 pt G177
1 pt R11
1 pt Z851
the Z851 tends to sink, so if you make this in quantity, be sure to keep it well mixed. You would also want to have washed all the frit---gaffer frit used to be terribly dusty, as did zimmerman. The zimmerman colors are ground oddly, the sizes don't match everyone elses, so a 0 is a bit smaller than a 1, but fairly close, and their 1 is closer to a 2-----which you choose would depend on the effect you're after.
This is an unfinished idea: someone may be able to use it. I was going to call this one "Hopeless Romantic". I'd made a tiny trial batch, and loved it, but it needed some tweaking, and I don't remember where I was with it.
1 pt R11
1 pt G14
1 pt G13
1 pt R8
Then 1pt G101 or G106 to bounce the colors. This is where I left off...it needs a pale color to show the transparents off, and I hadn't decided which way to go with it.
Another, very peach/apricot-y---again not totally tweaked
