Here's a little story about Arrow Springs. I was at the Glass Expo in Las Vegas not too long ago and stopped by the Arrow Springs Booth. Of course there were a few items that I just had to get. The activity at the booth was very hectic. After I left the show and finally got home I opened my bag and much to my disappointment, an item was missing. So, I emailed them hoping that they might hear of my plight and viola, my missing item was mailed to me. Gotta love that type of customer service. Really appreciated.
