how much did you pay to get your natural gas lines hooked up?

I am in Canada and i am looking to get my Natural gas lines hooked up and i am unsure on what these guys are quoting me. The pipe needs to run about 6 feet.
I was quoted around $400 and i think that is a little high.....but i could be wrong.

what is your opinion?

I paid $350.00 for a licensed gas-fitter person here in BC. That was about 2 years ago. My pipe run was pretty intense, he had to snake around a fireplace, etc.

He did a great job, took him about 4 hours, and he tested my fireplace and furnace as well, included in that price.
