Have a few beads that are otherwise in good shape but do have sharp edges around the bead hole. Can I use my Dremel to sand these down? If so, what drill bit should I use?
Thanks!!

Yes you can use Dremel to grind down sharp edge and create a faux pucker...
I would go here:

Them to here:
http://www.widgetsupply.com/page/WS/CTGY/dremel-diamond-cone-1
And select a cone shaped burr that has a large enough diameter to span bead hole and a little more...
Diamond burrs need to be worked wet, so if you are using a corded Dremel tool you should consider a GFI adapter to plug Dremel tool into...
If Dremel is cordless (battery) version there is no particular shock hazard as with corded tool and water.
