View Full Interactive Version Of This Page : Suggested alternative to diamond reamer
Instead of using an expensive diamond reamer in your wireless Dremel to clean out your bead holes, try a piece of tungsten carbide rod saw blade. They come in 10" lengths, with a tab at each end so that they can be mounted in a hacksaw frame. Use your rod cutter to nip off the tabs and cut the rod into two 4" lengths. Since the rod is coated with carbide all around, you will have to wrap the end in heavy flexible foil to make sure the chuck on the Dremel grips it securely. You can find these blades in any hardware store.

Funny thing...diamond reamers are about $1-2 each....
Buying a "set" gives even better price break...

Thanks, Dale!!!! My current bead reamer is about to bite the dust, so I was looking for a replacement - great timing on your post! (for me, anyway! lol)

er... for a dremel, what is a good one to get from that page? I got a Dremel for Christmas, now I need the right bit... What size = a 1/6" mandrel? Or a 3/32? And is could I get these at a local shop somehow, would Home Depot or something carry them?
