I have a problem with my oxycon this morning. And I really wanted to work too.:sad:
It's an Alliance 5 lpm. The problem is the flow valve ball thingie is at around 4, drops to 2 and the alarm goes off then it goes back to 4 and the alarm shuts off. It keeps repeating that. It doesn't sound right either.
Any ideas of what this could be?[-o<
Thanks for any help!

No answers? Well I guess nobody loves me anymore.:lol:
Anywho....I got it repaired today! I wasn't expecting them to do it today, big happy dance!
It was the compressor or something. They replaced diaphragms and a 4 way valve and replaced the filters (sweet!). Total $175. Hey at least working with glass keeps me out of the bars and off the streets.;-)

Most respiratory places can help you. If not ,they can direct you to someone who can.

Who did you find to fix it for you?

They are called Atlantic Sales & Repair in Surfside, SC. I just looked in the phone book under Medical Supplies, Oxygen, and Hospital Supplies. Called 2 other places first. Oh, they were under Oxygen in the phone book but not the other 2 headings. I felt so lucky to find some place local that I played the lottery today too.:lol:

I'm so glad you posted, Rebecca. If anyone comes across a good repair place, please let me know. I get a lot of inquiries for repairs (not for machines I sold). While my supplier does a great job repairing and reconditioning machines, shipping a machine to them to be repaired can be costly. I would like to be able to direct the people who contact me to someone local (if they're good).

That would be great if people would contact you and/or post here with local places that they've used! By the time you send them out, pay for repairs and get them back it's almost cheaper to buy another one.
The whole address of the place I used is;
Atlantic Sales & Repair
710 Sandy Lane
Surfside Beach, SC 29575
BTW- I didn't win the lottery but my oxycons are purring.:)
