Hi,

I purchased this shoe storage at the Container Store for $20 each. I have two
and they hang on the back of my bedroom doors. This concept is great
if you have the wall or door space for it. This will free up the space on the floor. The pockets will gape, I just used a simple straight pin to close
them. and I used some bias tape pinned in the same way to secure bigger
bundles.

This particular product is made with a sturdy transparent mesh and has
held up beautifully. Well it does not see much action since I do not
have my own studio yet. I plan on just duct taping any tears that develop.
I love seeing the entire rod. This was so easy! One holds my 104 glass
and the other holds my 96 glass.

I have had this up for about 2 years. and no tears, the three hooks
on the door do not show any wear - it is great. This would work on walls
if a horizontal board (1" away from the wall) was anchored into studs
Then rows of these could be put up - I plan on doing that when I have
a studio.. positive thinking going on here=D>

Thank you for reading, and I hope this helps someone.

Best, Suz

great idea! I wonder how the horozanral pocket ones would work. :)

Omg! I just had a daze.. I saw visions of a walk in closet full of glass... Then I thought about the remote control closets ..... Heheheee. Ok back to reality....

No lets stay in fantasy, I am loving the walkin closet idea!

Did you see the slightly angled pockets- on the container store site?
They might work also and they hold more. I did not look at them
closely. They might be flimsy. I thought a custom plexi glass
creation could be cool.
