--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
This is an important message for all of you. Burn Be Gone for ME is no longer...it is Burn Gel. I just got off the telephone with a client of Mr. Shapiro's who tells me he has http://www.burnbegone.com since 1999...
My hands are a little shaky, so if any one wants more details, you can PM.
I should have been more careful, but I have learned a wonderful lesson!!!
Mine is still here, just not the name. DeWitt Industries is apparently in California if you would like to look it up.
I am going to now take a "happy pill"!!!
Thanks, pat

All I get is a bunch of advertising and search links. What's suppose to be there?
I think she is saying that someone else already had the same name - and they have the web addy to prove it, even though they are not actively using it (which is the reason for the ads and stuff on the site page).

I think this is the correct link: http://www.burn-bgone.com/index.html
Pat, it's OK just rename it and you'll be fine.

What a weird website...no where on there does it say what's IN the darn stuff.
I use burts bees res-Q-remedy for all that stuff myself. Works great & I can read the ingredients to know I'm not allergic to any of them :) (and they make stuff safe to put on kids under 2 years old too!)

I like the Pitty Pat name better anyhow. How about a Pitty Pat Burn Butter or Pitty Pat Soother Salve? You can name it a million times, but if it works, that's all that will matter. I wanted to try yours. Will you relabel and resell?

Yes, to all...I have already renamed it, hands shaking, couldn't mix a driink because my grandchildren were here!! I like your suggestions, tracey. I had to quickly change it on website, here, and etsy. It was still showing up on google search engine through the threads on here!!
So anyone that wants one, it is still reduced in price here in classifieds...just no picture...I have to take another one!! And still free shipping!!
But Mr. Jon DeWitt , President of DeWitt Laboratories Inc was very nice. He said he wanted to personally call and told Ship to hold off with the LAW SUIT PAPERS TODAY!!
We talked quite a while and he laughed and suggested names!
So no matter what you want to call it, it works and you are all welcome to try it!!
BTW, the primary ingredient is Aloe gel, which on the label they say to drink!!!(Yuck) The rest is just two essential oils. So PLEASE let me know if you are allergic to any natural oil.
thanks again, pat

I got some from Pat a couple weeks ago, last week I had a hot piece of glass pop and land on my upper arm, I put some of the gel on a moment later the burn hurt was gone. Of course I still got the blister and the mark is still there but I had no pain! Yesterday I (for some stupid reason) picked up a hot mandrel and scorched the tip of my finger, I immediately went and stuck my finger in the gel and it took a little longer to not hurt but I just wrapped a band aid around it and viola!, today I'm good as new. I really thought because of where the burn is I wouldn't be doing any torching today. I highly recommend keeping this stuff next to you at the torch, it's wondergel!
Thanks so much Pat!
