I am wanting hollow mandrels that aren't as big as the 1/4" ones I have here at home. Does anyone sell them or know where I can get some?

If all else fails, you can make them as small as you want from McMaster-Carr, but I'm pretty sure someone out there sells them pre-made.

Hmm.. a student of mine uses some tiny ones, like 1/8", but I don't know where she got them! She blows beads about the diameter of a dime. I'll ask next time I see her.

Thanks Julian! I appreciate it :D
try going to a hobby store that deals in modle car racing. they use very small steel tubes. I got some 1/16th from one such store.

Maybe the Puffy Mandrels would work for you. They come 1/8" and 3/32"
