OT photoshop star burst..HELP
 

I need some quick help on how to make a small starburst/bling. I see some in the pictures shown..

I need this for a non bead related job and I would really appreciate it if someone could help me out..

I have photoshop (I think 7)

I have never used them so have no clue where to begin.

Under the Filter Menu - Render>Lens Flare. Different effects are possible by using on a separate layer with blend modes

Thanks I tried it but not what I am looking for exactly.. Needs to be like a bling on a piece of glass. I need to be able to put in on text.
