site crashes before finalizing an order. I cannot load your sale pages either. I always get a blank purple screen. I am using both Chrome and Explorer. Your site does not work for me on either. I have cleared my cookies. I have tried everything. Months of frustration...btw I am in Canada , but that should not matter.

Anyone else experience this?

My hard earned dollars just cannot live in your pockets I guess. :P

Actually, I just got that a minute ago. Then I reloaded and the page came up. Did you try reloading. Well, I guess that won't help with the shopping site issue.

I get that if I use google Chrome... use firefox and it's just fine :)

I get that with Chrome, and IE is just a lost cause. Try Firefox, or clear your cache in CHrome and try again. FF is still the most stable, followed by Opera.

I'll do some testing today in all the browsers you mention to see if I can duplicate the problem - this is the first I've heard of it. If we can duplicate - we can fix. Has this been going on for awhile? We haven't made any big changes lately.

I checked out both the store and the newsletter at Frantz, I'm not having any problems. Could it just have been a passing glitch? Gems, have you tried it today?

Hey GiB I just placed an order no glitches and I don't think Ihave ever seen a screen like that. I just checked all the links and my account and everything is fine. I am wondering if it is a problem with the security and your ISP??? When I was having problems with my ISP I could not access any site that I wanted to purchase anything from- I think this helps to protect you????? Just trying to help!!!
