Borosilicate glass pipe fogging

I made a pipe last night and it fogged or frosted on the stem. Anyone know why?https://s.amsu.ng/tkbzsRyUVAKN

Probably from pulling while the surface got too cool.

This has happened to me a few times also both times when I was condensing down a 20mm that I flared and fumed

It was from pulling the tube while too cool. Have since gotten the glass hotter while pulling to fantastic results.
