Who is responsible ( person or company ) for the warranty service and repair of the concentrator unit if it were to have a problem. :koolaid:

Thank you for your question. Salt City Glass takes full responsibility for all warranty work. Depending on the issue and you location we may have a local shop perform the repair or simply send you an exchange unit. We have even paid customers to perform their own simple repairs. Whatever works for you. But the buck stops with us and we will deal with the manufacturer if need be so you do not have to bother.
