Anyone heard from Zoozii's lately?
I placed an order 11 days ago and got the auto response, but nothing else--just sent her an email--hope (and NEED) to get my goodies soon!

I got some presses earlier this month. Took about two weeks I think.

I purchased something a few weeks back, and thought shipping was a bit slower than usual. Maybe she works a second job or is generally super busy.

Oh gosh I wish I had seen this sooner.......I ordered a press 9 days ago. I have been desperate to get it for an order. I have emailed her and called her with no response.
This is so upsetting cause I could have borrowed from a friend in the between time but I though she would be pretty quick. :-( |
Been like this for awhile now. Last time I bought was about a yr ago and had to chase her down.

I've always had great customer service from Amy, I have several presses from her.

More recent information: I ordered last Thursday, notification of shipment on Saturday, and received today. Pretty awesome!

Thank you for the support everyone! Yes, we had issues last year when my mom went in for multiple heart procedures, and as a family business run by Dad, Mom, my Husband and I, that was a very hard time trying to work, keep up with Zooziis, and take care of my mom! Thankfully, the heart care worked, her heart is functioning well again, and we are very thankful! As someone pointed out in February this is an old thread. We have been working on systems in our back end to keep things moving smoothly. We are also going to have some fun front end goodness coming your way soon, too!
The website was down for a weekend due to Network Solutions having a coding issue. That was not our fault, or our choice. We are making tools daily, shipping and happy to serve you! If you ever have an issue with anything, please call me! I am not perfect, I drop balls occasionally, just like anyone else, but I am always willing to fix my mistakes. I have been a trusted member of the community since 2003, and value my relationships within in it. Thank you everyone!! |

I heard from Any today- she had left me a couple of voicemails on my cell phone- I was expecting to hear by email. Phew! I'm so glad- Zooziis presses are my favorite!
