Yes, I would love a tutorial of this nature as well, as those roses look very wearable and have been trying to figure out a way to do a more wearable glass rose with very little luck. I love the metallic one as well.

There is already a free one here
YES, YES, YES! Please?

Those are beautiful. May I ask....the top picture, bottom row, 2nd from the right, next to the red one. it's like a gold pink. What color is that? It's gorgeous!
It's under the metallic gold one :-)
these are gorgeous roses! Irene, I wonder if it's fumed. Gorgeous!
Beautiful roses :) But you may want to do a search here on LE before you spend a lot of time on a tutorial - David has a free one here and Kim Neely has also done a rose tutorial very similar.
Ya its just clear glass with a gold fuming.
Made a wine bottle stopper version of it here http://sphotos-b.xx.fbcdn.net/hphoto...06438645_n.jpg |
Wow that's awesome. I don't know much about making wine bottle stoppers are there any special tools involved?
I just use an actual stoppers to mold the bottom flat with a little dip going into the hole of it. Really quickly though as the stopper will get hot.
then after its annealed use e6000 to secure it on one. |
