GTT customer service is awesome
I called GTT today and had a nice conversation with them. Ordered a new 4 stud Phantom and asked her to ship it out as quickly as possible. She laughed & said they were just finishing a big run on the Phantom and I would get one from this run.
Talked some more and she collected my info for the order, then she said it would be here tomorrow. I thought, what great service! The invoice, not the torch! Excited then disappointed. Still, If I get one this month, Happy Birthday too me!. |
I can't agree with you more, Raimond! Several years ago when I upgraded from my minor to a Cricket I ordered direct from them. They let me know how long of a wait I could expect and I told the woman that it was fine with me. About a week before the date I was told someone from GTT emailed me and told me that they were done with the run earlier than expected and my torch would be sent out "in a couple of days." I received my torch within 10 days of the email. THAT, my friends, is top notch customer service.
When (if ever) I decide to upgrade from my current Lynx, I will definitely purchse from GTT again! :-) Duane |
