And man has he done it right!! I can't thank him enough. He has a bunch of new colors out, and two of my instant faves are Leprachaun and Blue Spagnum. They are just like OG moss and transparent millenium moss. Two of my favs that we lost a few years ago are now back! And they are super sparkly and stable as hell. He also has some more new colors, Red, Kiwi, and Pink Blizzard colors, some more of my favs, and work very well. Carmelo is similar to Carmel, Yellow Elvis which is a stiking yellow and really nice to work with. Another one of my new favs. Apricot is another fav, and great to work with. I am so glad Paul is back to making colors again, it's unbelievable what he has come up with so far, I can't wait to see what he comes up with next! I know I'm hooked! Here's some pics of what I've made with his new colors.......

Indeed you should have called this thread "Christopher Rice had done it again!". You are very good advertisement for his glass, I hope Paul Trautman sends you some glass. I know you have motivated me to buy some. Great work as usual.

Wow, love the work it is gorgeous and the colours are TDF.
|
Amazing! Oh, to be in the studio when those came out of the kiln.

I've been using a lot of Caramelo. It's more transparent than Caramel. Sort of like Caramel Luster, but doesn't turn purple as easily.

Nice work!
Love them mushrooms sick! The colors to I saw a link to his site the other day somewhere? Great work Chris! Gotta go off to find new color.

Those are really beautiful Chris!! You really have done it again..Can I use some of your pix on my new website www.taglass.com ? I really do appreciate the compliments... Can I send you some experiments to experiment with ?

Absolutely fab work - and gorgeous colors! Great to see you posting here, Paul - and congrats on your new site!!
|
ouch!! I have bruises all over my chin now from where it keeps hitting the floor. You're cruel man Chris. The second ones my favorite. can you tell me what the opalescent whitish color is?
Rob. |
Thanks alot everyone! Rob, that color is the blue sphagnum over apricot. The apricot gives it the opalescence, alone, it's a nice transparent sparkle. Paul, I've been in touch with you, thanks again for the great colors!
