Help... Need to make photos a certain size?

I have send some photos in for a juried show and they want them to be 5MB or higher in size. I have tried to do this in Photoshop Elements 7 and can not figure out how to do it. only in pixals. Can someone please help me? thanks.. Holly

I would check with them and make sure it's not MP instead of MB.

Um... I wouldn't make photos larger than I shot them at... they'll be pixelated/fuzzy.

You either need to find the original (un-shopped) copies of these files or ask the promotor (or whoever) for clarification on photo size.
