Blue Mosaic???
 

I bought a quarter lb of blue mosiac, thinking it would have some of the properties of green mosaic--like the way it interacts with other colors, the way it dominates other colors, etc. Nothing. Has anyone got any good experiences with this glass, or did I just overpay for dark blue glass?

It's just dark blue glass as far as I know, but a nice blue anyway. Not quite cobalt, but more of a royal blue. If you want a really pretty blue, try Effetre's Intense Blue transparent, and it's priced like the lower cost transparents. This one is an absolutely gorgeous color and I'm surprised it's not priced higher. :)

I LOVE Mosaic Blue!!! It is a highly saturated blue that is wonderful under silver glass (especially Luna 3). I haven't found that it reacts - but it doesn't "wash out" like other blues do. I use it when I don't want to use black in a design. This bead is mosaic blue under the Luna. If you don't want yours - I'll be happy to take it off your hands!! :)
