The Best Customer Service at The Gathering
 

I am getting excited about attending the ISGB Gathering this year.

I am working on providing the BEST customer service at this show.

One of the most boring parts of shopping is waiting in line to pay for your glass. This year we have tagged each item for sale with a color label.

There are 6 different colors representing the following prices:

Purple = $4.00
Green = $6.00
Blue = $8.00
Pink = $10.00
Yellow = $12.00
Brown = $14.00
White = Whatever price is listed on that label
White =(with the words free, free LIMIT 1) = FREE

And with my new Tablet and my Square, we will be processing customers orders so much quicker than ever before.

We are bringing 300 BLUE Frantz Art Glass Shopping Bags, for our customers to take home with their orders.

We will have bins for you to put your selections in, and if you wish to stop shopping and continue filling your bin later, we will put your name on a label on the bin and put it on our "holding area".

We will be accepting CASH, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

I will be bringing along some used Carlo Dona tools and a few Jim Moore tools. Great deals!

And do not forget we are bringing bunches and bunches of Dichroic at really low prices.

I'm bringing Effetre and Messy colors. Sakura, Tortoise and other new CiM's and I'm hoping to bring the new NEW Effetre colors-3 "marble" colors that we are hoping arrive before I leave for the show-they are due any time now. Also, some unique Lauscha glass from many years ago. Millifiore, Thai silver beads and a little of this and that which I'm sure will interest folks.

And each customer will get from Mike Frantz a Big Smile.
