Soak them (your mandrel and bead) in vinegar overnight. Rinse them off really good and you may be able to get it them. This is always my last ditch effort.

Try bouncing your rod in and out of the flame until your glass heats up. That helps me especially in the winter! :) Good Luck!

Soak in vinegar for 12-24 hrs it eats away the release. if that doesn't work, clip the mandrel it isn't coming off. sorry (I have experience with this one!)
